Business Management Advisory Service |
ABOUT THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICE
Business Management Studies provide answers and recommendations for improvement. We are available for a free, pre-study consultation to develop a scope and sequence of work to meet your district’s needs. Our studies include a pre-visit collection and review of key documents, followed by onsite evaluation and staff interviews (reviews of Board Policy, Administrative Regulation and business office procedure, reviews of financial reports, contracts and agreements, and work flow), followed by a written report with recommendations to select audiences (staff, administrators, and/or the Board).
The Business Management Study Service provides review, study, evaluation, and reporting on your school business operation. You can have a review of any business component or a comprehensive study. Our studies are independent evaluations that form a basis for improvement of your business operation.
Consulting and training are available as options follow up to studies.
