Charles Mellor, Ed.D., School Business Administrator
Charlie Mellor, Ed.D.,
is a school business administrator with thirty-seven years experience.  For twenty-seven years he was the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services in the Liverpool Schools.  Since retirement he has served as interim Business Administrators in the Cazenovia, Marcellus, Jordan Elbridge, and for the past seven years at Southern Cayuga Schools.  He has taught and School Business Management at Syracuse University, SUNY Cortland, and LeMoyne College.

James M. Merrins, Ed.D., Executive Program Administrator
Jim Merrins, Ed.D.,
is currently Executive Program Administrator for Educational Support Services.  He administers the statewide Transition to Superintendency Program, and numerous fiscal workshops for superintendents and senior school administrators across New York State.  Jim has thirty-six years experience in school administration, sixteen years as a Superintendent of Schools in Honeoye and Fredonia, New York.  Dr. Merrins is NYS certified as a School Business Administrator and has taught school finance and school law at SUNY colleges.
