Charles Mellor, Ed.D., School Business Administrator
Charlie Mellor, Ed.D.,
is a school business administrator with thirty-seven years experience.  For twenty-seven years he was the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services in the Liverpool Schools.  Since retirement he has served as interim Business Administrators in the Cazenovia, Marcellus, Jordan Elbridge, and Southern Cayuga Schools.  He has taught and School Business Management at Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Stephen Perry, School Business Administrator
Steve Perry,
is a school business administrator with extensive school business experience.  For eleven years he was the School Business Administrator in the East Aurora Central Schools.  He has recently moved to become the School Business Administrator in the Springfield-Griffith Institute Central School District.  Steve is very active in the Western New York ASBO.  He has taught the School Business Officials Training & Support Program for several years.

James M. Merrins, Ed.D., Executive Program Administrator, Greater Southern Tier BOCES
Jim Merrins, Ed.D.,
is currently Executive Program Administrator for the Greater Southern Tier BOCES.  He administers the statewide Superintendent Development Program, Transition to Superintendency Program, and numerous fiscal workshops for superintendents and senior school administrators across New York State.  Jim has thirty-five years experience in school administration, sixteen years as a Superintendent of Schools in Honeoye and Fredonia, New York.  Dr. Merrins is NYS certified as a School Business Administrator and has taught school finance and school law at SUNY colleges.
