School Business Officials Training & Support Program

Costs

Per Session - $150
Per year (10 sessions) - $1,200 (free make-ups in the following year)
Two or More Persons From the Same District - Per year (10 sessions)
         - $1,000 per person (free make-ups in the following year)

This workshop is BOCES aidable through COSER 517 - cross-contract with the Greater Southern Tier BOCES.

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of the program a Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the request of the participant provided the participant meets the following criteria:
1. Attendance at not less than eight of the ten sessions.
2. Active participation as determined by the instructor.
3. Requests the Certification of Completion in writing (e-mail acceptable) providing the following:
          a. name as it is to appear on the certificate
          b. month and year of attendance, start and finish (ex. July 2004 to June 2005)
          c. mailing address for the certificate .

Method of Payment

A school district may pay by check or purchase order to the "Greater Southern Tier BOCES," or cross contract through its local BOCES with the Greater Southern Tier BOCES. The workshop series is BOCES aidable through COSER 517 - direct or through cross-contract with the Greater Southern Tier BOCES.

Registration Information

Registration for a workshop can be completed in any one of three ways.

Complete and submit the Registration Form (on this website).

Request a Registration Form from the Program Administrator at 716-672-5473.

   3 . Mail or FAX to the address below a District check, purchase order, or a request
         for COSER service, and the date, location, and name(s) of participant(s).

Note: Reservations may be limited at some locations.

Please register at least one week prior to the scheduled workshop.

Registration confirmation and a location map will be mailed to you.
