- From US I-87 (The Northway) take Exit 37 (152 miles N. of Albany).
- At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 3 West.
- Driving West on Route 3, go to the second traffic light [Kinney Drugs at the corner], turn left on Military Turnpike Extension.
- Drive 0.3 mile on Military Turnpike Extension, turn left on Area Development Drive.
- On Area Development Drive make a quick right turn into the BOCES Instructional Services Center parking lot.
From the East or West:
- Take Route 3 to just west of Plattsburgh, west of US I-87.
- Turn south on Military Turnpike Extension - traffic light [Kinney Drugs at the corner].
- Drive 0.3 mile on Military Turnpike Extension, turn left on Area Development Drive.
- On Area Development Drive make a quick right turn into the BOCES Instructional Services Center parking lot.
