The best parking is the Atrium Parking Garage, one block west of the SUNY Metro Center.   $4 if you tell them you are going to the SUNY Metro Center.
The Atrium Parking Garage (Murbo Parking) - 201 S. Franklin Street, Syracuse, NY 13202 (Southeast corner of S. Franklin St. and W. Washington St.) - Tel: 315-422-1900
The garage entrance is on S. Franklin Street, just south of W. Washington Street. 
The SUNY Metro Center is one block east of the Atrium Parking Garage on W. Washington St.

From the North
Exit US I-81 South at Exit 19, Salina Street/Clinton Street.  Take the Clinton Street ramp.  Proceed straight for three traffic lights to the intersection with W. Washington Street. The Atrium is on the left at the back of the private parking lot.    For the Atrium Parking Garage, turn right onto W. Washington Street.  Go one block and turn left on to S. Franklin.  The garage entrance is on the immediate left.

From the West
Take the New York State Thruway (US-90) to Exit 39, US-690 East.  Take US-690 East to Exit 12, W. Genesee Street and turn left onto W. Genesee Street.  Turn right on N. Clinton Street.  Proceed straight to the intersection with W. Washington Street.  The Atrium is on the left at the back of the private parking lot.    For the Atrium Parking Garage, turn right onto W. Washington Street.  Go one block and turn left on to S. Franklin.  The garage entrance is on the immediate left.

From the South
Exit US-81 North to US-690 West, exiting immediately on West Street.  Merge onto N. West Street Take the Erie Blvd. ramp on to Erie Blvd. West.  Turn right on N. Clinton Street.  Proceed straight to the intersection with W. Washington Street. The Atrium is on the left at the back of the private parking lot.    For the Atrium Parking Garage, turn right onto W. Washington Street.  Go one block and turn left on to S. Franklin.  The garage entrance is on the immediate left.

From the East
Take the New York State Thruway (US-90) to Exit 36, US-81 South.  Exit US I-81 South at Exit 19, Salina Street/Clinton Street.  Take the Clinton Street ramp.  Proceed straight for three traffic lights to the intersection with W. Washington Street. The Atrium is on the left at the back of the private parking lot.    For the Atrium Parking Garage, turn right onto W. Washington Street.  Go one block and turn left on to S. Franklin.  The garage entrance is on the immediate left.
