A school district or firm may pay by check or purchase order.

Registration Information

Registration for this workshop can be completed in any one of three ways.

2.  Complete the Registration Form form accompanying the mailed workshop brochure.

3.  Request a Registration Form from the Program Administrator at the telephone number 716/672-5473.

Registration confirmation and a location map will be mailed to you.

Cost

The cost of this workshop is as follows:
Upstate - $195 for one participant, and $175 for the second participant, and $155 for the third and subsequent participants from the same school district.
Long Island - $225 for one participant, and $205 for the second participant, and $175 for the third and subsequent participants from the same school district.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations less than one week prior to the registered workshop. Registrant transfer to another workshop permitted. Substitutions from the same school district permitted.
