Print a Registration Form fromwww.SuperintendentOfSchools.comRegistration confirmation and a location map will be mailed to you.
Cancellations made more than one week prior to the workshop are at no charge. Cancellations received more than two days prior to the workshop are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop are subject to the full registration fee. Substitute attendees from the same school district are permitted at any time.
