Registration for a workshop can be completed in any one of three ways.
- Complete and submit the Registration Form (on this website).
- Request a Registration Form from the Executive Program Administrator at 716-672-5473.
- Send to the address below a district check or purchase order for the correct amount, listing the dates and location, and the names of the participants.
Registration confirmation and location map will be mailed to you.Please register at least one week prior to the scheduled workshop. Mail or FAX Reservations to:

No refunds for cancellations less than one week prior to the registered workshop. Registrant transfer to another workshop is permitted. Substitutions from the same school district are permitted.
