The Superintendent Development Program is open to individuals seeking to become Superintendents of Schools and who:

October 27, 2008                             Initial deadline for applications
October 1 to November 21, 2008     Selection interviews
November 21, 2008                         Notification of 2009 associates
January 1, 2009                                Start of the 2009 Program Year
 

SDP College Credit
The program cost for the Superintendent Development includes
tuition for nine (9) graduate credits from Oswego State University.

SDP Program Costs
2009 Program Tuition is $4,450
85% of associates in the SDP attend with their local school district paying the full cost of tuition, either direct (BOCES cross contract) or through reimbursement provisions in their administrator-district contract.
If the participant pays, the school district may reimburse the participant and/or costs may be paid in two fiscal years. If a school district pays, the coordination portion of the cost is  BOCES aidable and/or costs may be paid in two fiscal years.
