This is not a session on School Laws.  This is about the Superintendent's understanding and use of law, keeping abreast of the law, relations with attorneys, and his/her role in making law (legislation/tort, Commissioner Regulations, Board Policy, and Administrative Regulations), and role in the appeal process.
