- At the Table Negotiating Skills - workshop
Superintendents, building administrators, and board members may sit at the negotiations table and may be called upon to take the role of chief negotiator or spokesperson. This intense, two day workshop includes demonstration and practice of at the table negotiating skills. This workshop can be taken before, after, or separate from the "Everything is Negotiable."
- "Budget Communications to the School and Community Publics" - workshop
This workshop is designed for Superintendent and other school leaders wanting to improve their written communication strategies and skills. Workshop topics include, the development of an overall communications vision, creating powerful messages, and responding to criticisms or attacks.- Everything is Negotiable - workshop
Superintendents, building administrators, and board members are continually involved in trying to meet needs, change relationships, and get agreements. Almost all interactions involve some form of negotiations. This workshop is design to provide participants with an understanding of the art of negotiations, enhance basic negotiating skills, and appreciate the dynamics of collective bargaining in the public sector.

Since 1997 this workshop series has provided foundation fiscal administration skills to new Superintendents of Schools and administrators in transition to the Superintendency.

For Superintendents, senior administrators, business administrators and/or their designees.
- Tenure Culture Management Service - program
This service provides ongoing support of the Superintendent, Board of Education, and administrative team working to focus the district’s culture on quality teacher performance and improvement (communication, evaluation, probation, tenure, discipline and dismissal). The service clarifies the expectations of probationary and tenured teachers, and focuses teacher performance on performance responsibilities.
- "Tenure - Developing a Culture of Quality and Accountability" - workshop
Understanding and working with the tools the law gives administrators can set and enforce high standards for tenured teachers. Section 3020-a is a practical and effective method of discipline and dismissal. This workshop reviews the legal standards and procedures for conferring and denying tenure, and for disciplining and dismissing tenured teachers. It dispels the myths that impede action to weed out ineffective and incompetent teachers. Administrators will learn practical skills for writing powerful observations and evaluations, investigating complaints, warning and counseling, enforcing improvement plans, and building the case in the classroom so that it can be proven in the courtroom.

An important training program for new Business Manages, District Treasurers, Account Clerks, and other business office staff wanting to improve their business skills. At monthly meetings the experienced faculty cover topics and procedures preceding the NYS school business calendar.

Audit Committee Training - workshop
These half day classes provides practical and useful information on audit committee responsibilities and operation under the NYS Accountability Act. Audit Committee interaction with the External Auditor, Internal Auditor function, and internal controls are discussed. Sample work documents are provided, such as an Annual Calendar, communication plan, RFPs, whistleblower policy. These classes provides foundation fiscal information, and an understanding of key fiscal activities and decisions school board members must make to carry out their fiscal responsibilities, work with administrators, and provide for the safety of district funds and fiscal stability. These classes meets the NYS legislation requirements of Chapter 263 of the Laws of NY and Section 170.12 of the Commissioner Regulations.
