Management Services Goals

· Clarify the District’s teacher performance expectations.

Use NYS Law, Board policy, and administrative action to develop and
maintain a tenure culture (teacher evaluation, probation, tenure, discipline,
and dismissal).
·
Meet the District’s long-range goals of improved teacher performance.
·
Develop a system of teacher improvement.
·
Evaluate and enrich the teacher evaluation process and its impact on teachers.
·
Acculturate Board members, administrators and teachers to the tenure culture.
·
Maintain the District’s tenure culture through turnover in administrators and Board members.
