Tenure Culture - Management Service
If you want to change your school tenure culture you must commit to the needed changes, then hold them in place for approximately five years until the institutional memory of the old culture is lost.
The tenure culture service has proven to be successful and valuable. It has been used successfully in several New York State school districts. (Contact us for references). We have delivered the in-district Tenure Culture Service in the following format, adjusted to district needs and interest. School districts move into and through this service one step at a time - completing one step before deciding to go to the next step.
