This service provides ongoing support of the Board of
Education and administrative team working to focus the district’s culture on
high quality teacher performance and improvement (responsible and clear
evaluations, probation expectations, tenure responsibilities, progressive
discipline, and just dismissal). The service clarifies the expectations of
probationary and tenured teachers, and focuses teacher performance on
professional responsibilities.
